The following are the seven CPL formulations for the FBE Master of Management Study Program UAJY, along with their descriptions and implications for curriculum development:
CPL 1: Sustainable Business Knowledge Graduates demonstrate a comprehensive mastery of management and business theories and conceptual frameworks, with the ability to synthesize and apply this knowledge to address global challenges while advancing sustainable development.
CPL 2: Critical Thinking The ability to critically analyze and evaluate complex organizational and business phenomena through a multi-dimensional lens.
CPL 3: Creative Problem-Solving The ability to formulate innovative alternative solutions and exercise sound professional judgment in addressing organizational issues through rigorous management and business inquiry.
CPL 4: Inspirational Communication The ability to articulate ideas with clarity, persuasion, and professionalism across diverse oral and written platforms.
CPL 5: Leadership The ability to govern an organization by exercising visionary and strategic leadership, underpinned by the proficient application of management principles.
CPL 6: Collaboration The ability to foster productive and inclusive partnerships with stakeholders from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds.
CPL 7: Ethics and Integrity Graduates embody integrity, ethical sensitivity, and social responsibility, ensuring that managerial decisions and leadership practices prioritize economic, social, and environmental sustainability across various organizational contexts.
The Master of Management curriculum at Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta consists of 36 credits. Students must take compulsory courses consisting of 30 credits (including a thesis of 6 credits) and the remaining 6 credits are elective courses according to the chosen concentration. Students are also required to take part in character-building programs, and workshops. and some public lectures.
Study Period & Study TimeThe Master of Management Study Program is designed to be completed within 3 semesters. Lectures are held Monday-Friday between 18.30 - 21.00 WIB. Some special sessions, such as alternate lectures and/or general practitioner lectures, will be given on Saturdays or according to the speaker's schedule.
