Objectives
The vision and mission of the Master of Management Study Program of Universitas Atma Jaya are realized in a series of objectives as follows:

1. Provide opportunities for Bachelor’s graduates from various educational, socio-cultural, and civic backgrounds to improve their competencies so that they are able to make significant contributions to society.
2. To produce masters of management graduates who are competent in their fields according to the needs of the business world and society.
3. To produce master's of management graduates who excel in the field of information technology and communication skills to compete globally.
4. To produce masters of management graduates who have intellectual abilities, honesty, and high human values.
5. Create and maintain an innovative and conducive learning environment that can help students and staff to reach their full potential
6. Doing research and writing articles according to students' interests.
7. Cooperating with national and international universities and business practitioners to improve quality in teaching, research, and community service.

 
Awarded Graduate Degrees
After completing studies at the Postgraduate Program at Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta, graduates of the Master of Management Study Program will obtain a Master of Management (MM) degree.

Curriculum
The Master of Management curriculum at Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta consists of 36 credits. Students must take compulsory courses consisting of 30 credits (including a thesis of 6 credits) and the remaining 6 credits are elective courses according to the chosen concentration. Students are also required to take part in character-building programs, and workshops. and some public lectures.

Study Period & Study Time
The Master of Management Study Program is designed to be completed within 3 semesters. Lectures are held Monday-Friday between 18.30 - 21.00 WIB. Some special sessions, such as alternate lectures and/or general practitioner lectures, will be given on Saturdays or according to the speaker's schedule.
