KINERJA published since June 1996. In 2017, KINERJA is an international journal hosted and managed by the Faculty of Business and Economics Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta. KINERJA in Bahasa Indonesia is means performance, achievement or result that expected from organization or individual process. This is inferring that KINERJA have a willingness to delivers high quality in term of journal management, high impact of accepted papers and high value added to readers. This is also aligned to values that has by Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta (Excellence, Inclusive, Humanity and Integrity). KINERJA provides a forum for lecturers, academicians, researchers, practitioners, and students to deliver and share knowledge in the form of empirical and theoretical research articles, case studies, and literature reviews. The journal invites professionals in the world of education, research, and entrepreneurship to participate in disseminating ideas, concepts, new theories, or science development in the field of Business, Management, Economics. Accounting. Finance. Tourism Management or the JEL coverage field through this scientific journal. KINERJA published in March and September and there is no submission charge and article processing charge for all accepted papers and will be freely available to all readers with worldwide visibility and coverage.
